So I decided to do research on random foods that weren't so great to see if maybe I was eating them too much & maybe cut that junk back.
So I went to www.diettogo.com/blog and started to read some of the blogs. They are SO interesting! Like work outs that aren't good for you, workouts that are good for you, why you cant lose those last 10 pounds, but the 1 I was looking for was at the bottom. The top 10 worst foods.

Gosh. Doughnuts, margarine, Fruit Loops, Gatorade, Pop Tarts, Pringles, Pepsi, crackers & not my beloved bologna!!

Acutally... I think bologna is gross... I don't even think people know what it is... ugh...
Anyway. But it got me thinking...
"Wow... A lot of unhealthy foods are surrounding me... and what should I do about it?"
What should I do??
I should BOYCOTT!! No... that wouldn't do anything...
But what could a person do to try to eat healthier?
One thing.
SELF-CONTROL.
Yes, it is hard... But you can do it!
So that's what I shall do.
Try to cut out junk food as much as I can. Workout. (as much as I can) and then I'll be sexy again!!
